What motivates us
We believe in a work-life balance and want to help you make that possible (again). For us, exercise is an integral part of our well being. Staying fit and active is not only physically beneficial, but empowering and rewarding also. In most cases, if you reduce the time of your workout, you reduce effectiveness. This is not the case with 20 minutes of EMS training – that’s why we have opened the first fu/nis EMS studio here in Auckland last October 2016.
