Our EMS technology is our unique ingredient to YOUR success. Small impulses contract your muscles set to your personal level, delivering a high intensity workout like no other. We activate up to 90% of your muscles in a 20-minute EMS session. That’s the equivalent to a 90 min conventional gym workout. See all research

IT’S FOR EVERY FITNESS LEVEL

Whether you’re just getting started with working out or are already a fitness pro, we tailor the training so it’s right for you. We train professional athletes or people who are recovering from an injury. Our system allows us to adjust the training intensity to your abilities and the exercises are specific to your goals!

20-minute high-intensity session focussing on functional bodyweight movements, guided by a trainer.

Relax after your sessions with our specialised cool-down to help with muscle recovery.

In 30mins you are done & dusted. Get back to your life in no-time.
