What to expect FROM A SESSION WITH US?
It’s really simple:
- In your first session, we’ll take you through a Health Consultation & Impulse familiarisation to set you up.
- Followed by a full 20mins of EMS training with your Personal Trainer where small impulses contracting your muscles, making the session super efficient.
- 2mins of Body Relax to Cool Down.
- Afterwards, you get quickly changed and get back to the office or next meeting.
One or two personal EMS training sessions per week is all it takes. We’re here to guide you through the experience.
