PERSONAL TRAINING – For the best results, we only train up to two members at the same time. Making sure we meet your needs is our priority.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – We know your time is valuable. That’s why we operate by appointment only. 

ALL INCLUSIVE –  We provide you with all your EMS workout gear, so you can travel light. Towels and water is included and we’ve got your back in case you need a shower.

 

EASY ACCESS – Find us easiest from O’Connell Street. Parking on the street, or in the AT Carpark in Victoria Street is what we recommend.
